Why 90 days
90 days is long enough to see real fat loss (5–8 kg for most people), rebuild eating habits, and prove to yourself the change is permanent — but short enough to stay committed.
Month 1 — Reset (Weeks 1–4)
Focus: nutrition foundation, not the scale.
- Learn portion sizes and hit 25–30g protein per meal.
- Cut all liquid calories and refined sugar.
- Daily 30-min walk (10k steps target).
- Sleep 7–8 hours, fixed bedtime.
- Expected loss: 2–3 kg (a lot of it water and inflammation).
Month 2 — Build (Weeks 5–8)
Focus: add strength and consistency.
- 3 strength sessions/week (bodyweight or dumbbell) + walks.
- Introduce yoga/pranayama 2×/week for stress and flexibility.
- Track weight weekly, not daily.
- Expected loss: 2–3 kg more; clothes fitting noticeably better.
Month 3 — Sustain (Weeks 9–12)
Focus: make the new lifestyle boring — that's the win.
- Slightly increase calories to prevent plateau; keep protein high.
- 80/20 flexibility for social meals, restaurants, festivals.
- Lock in 3 non-negotiables (e.g. protein breakfast, daily walk, 7-hr sleep).
- Expected loss: 1–2 kg; total 5–8 kg over 90 days with better energy, skin and mood.
