No. We work with your kitchen, culture and preferences — vegetarian, non-vegetarian, Indian, global. The plan bends to your life, not the other way around.

Fees vary by programme depth and duration. Nandini will share exact pricing on your free 15-minute call, once she understands what you actually need.

Yes — women's hormonal wellness (PCOS, thyroid, cycle irregularities, perimenopause) is a core part of the work. Coaching complements, not replaces, medical care.
